My heart and soul has been illuminated by the birth of my first daughter. We are honored to steward land on the ancestral territories of the Cherokee & Iroquois Nations.

As a first/second generation American I am intimately familiar with the veins of trauma, genocide and cultural hatred that are passed down from lineage to womb. Many of the sacred womb rituals I guide are rooted in healing ancestral trauma.

Through 1:1 Guided Womb Embodiment Journeys, Workshops, Retreats and more, I passionately advocate for those who desire to heal physical, emotional and spiritual imbalances naturally.

I am devoted to guiding women towards restoring menstrual health through yoni steaming & cyclical living, conscious conception & fertility coaching, spiritual empowerment, folk herbalism, embodiment through dance & movement, connection to the natural realms, Great God/dess and releasing that which does not serve so you can plant the seeds for your deepest desires to blossom and manifest with ease.
